All HQSweater products, including our funny Christmas sweaters, personalized designs, and custom logo sweaters, are made to order. Each item is printed and finished specifically for you after your order is placed, which is why order changes, cancellations, and returns follow the specific rules described in these terms and in our policies.
Our Christmas sweaters are printed sweatshirts and hoodies with sweater-style (knit-look) designs; they are not knitted garments. Product photos and design previews are digital illustrations of the finished item. We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and details accurately. However, because products are printed on demand and screens display colors differently, slight variations in color, print placement, and size may occur. These minor variations are a normal part of the printing process and are not considered defects. Please review the size chart and product description before ordering.
All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Shipping costs, taxes, and any applicable fees are shown at checkout before you pay. Occasionally, the website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to products, prices, promotions, or availability. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we reserve the right to correct the error and to cancel any affected order, with a full refund if payment has already been collected.

Because production often begins shortly after checkout, you may request a change or cancellation within 5 hours of placing your order by emailing info@hqsweater.com. Approved cancellations within this window are free and receive a full refund. After 5 hours, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed, as your order may already be in production. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. HQSweater does not store your full card details. By submitting a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies to your transaction.
For US orders, order processing takes within 12 hours and manufacturing takes 3–5 business days. Standard Shipping is free and takes 7–10 business days, while Expedited Shipping takes 3–5 business days. Bulk and custom logo orders follow the same timeline once you approve the digital proof. International orders typically arrive within 7 - 12 days after production. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, and peak-season volume. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, and for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees on international orders. Because every product is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, you may request a free replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery by providing photo or video proof. Claims are not accepted for damage caused by improper care, customer-entered personalization errors, details that were visible on a digital proof you approved, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you submit names, text, numbers, photos, images, or other content for a personalized product (for example, a family name, a pet photo, or a face on a Christmas sweater), you are responsible for checking it carefully before ordering. You also confirm that you own or have permission to use that content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may reject content that appears unlawful, offensive, infringing, or technically unsuitable for printing. Personalized items produced exactly as submitted are not eligible for a replacement or refund because of a customer error.
When you order custom logo sweaters or other bulk items, you keep ownership of the logo, artwork, and text you submit. By submitting them, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission from the rights holder (for example, your employer, club, or school) to have it printed, and you grant HQSweater a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content only to prepare proofs, produce, fulfill, and support your order. We will not use your custom logo or your personalized products in our advertising without your separate consent.
Bulk and custom logo orders are produced only after you approve a digital proof. By approving the proof, you confirm that the design, colors, spelling, placement, sizes, and quantities are correct, and the order is produced as shown. Proof revisions, size changes, and address changes must be requested before you approve the proof. Bulk quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. We may ask for evidence of your rights to a logo, and we may decline artwork that appears to infringe another party's trademark or copyright, or that is unlawful or offensive.
All content on the website, including the HQSweater name, logos, original designs, product photos, graphics, text, and website layout, is owned by or licensed to HQSweater. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use any of this content without our written permission.
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or suggestions, you confirm that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant HQSweater a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, edit, and share that content on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
